What is the minium hours per visit?
The minium clean is 2hrs per cleaning visit
to your property.
Do you provide replacement
if my cleaner goes on a holiday or is off sick?
Yes
we guarantee you a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service at your home if it is for holiday cover,
should your normal cleaner be unwell will endeavour to have cover for you within 24hrs. If you don't require a replacement
and wish to wait until your regular cleaner is back, please let us know on 01708 229946
Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
Yes, of course. You can leave a set of keys with our cleaner, 95% of our cleaners
hold keys for clients' homes. They have gone through our security training with regards to safe keeping keys. It is a
convenient way to have your property maintained without having to wait for someone to turn up.
Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
You are responsible for providing the cleaning products and equipment but our
cleaners also have there own cleaning products with them.
Can
I meet the cleaner first?
Yes, Spotless
Cleaning Services will arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your house at any time convenient for you. You can discuss your
priorities with our lady.
How do you require
payment?
We require payment via online
banking on the day of clean or chq/cash
What
do I do if I need to cancel my appointment with you?
You need to give us at least 48hrs notice to cancel
an appointment.
